Minor improvements for v1.4.0
- Fixed preferences tooltip hiding too early
- Fixed transparency issues with 2011 and 2015 icons
- Fixed -channel arg not being set when launching game client
- Fixed latest version info not showing for the right channel
- Latest version info now shows timestamp according to system timezone
