Bloxstrap v1.6.1 — Release notes

Bugfix patch to fix some of the things I missed in v1.6.0.

Added the -upgrade flag for upgrading the currently installed Bloxstrap version automatically (#47)
Disabled update checking on uninstall (#60)
Fixed disabling the desktop app when installing causing Bloxstrap to cancel the installation (#62)
Releases are now published to Winget (#63 - @sitiom)

This is an old version of Bloxstrap and it likely won't work right due to bugs or Roblox updates. Use at your own risk.
