How can I trust that this isn't malware?

We wouldn't get away with it if it was. Bloxstrap is very transparent and is fully open-source, so its inner code can be seen by anyone. And people do look at the code, since we have a lot of contributors. If there was malicious code, it wouldn't go unnoticed. We're completely clean on VirusTotal too.

Will using Bloxstrap get me banned?

Short answer: No, it won't. We are 100% sure of it, and even Roblox Staff have confirmed that fact.

GameBanana is a good place to find some. Just keep in mind that some may not work properly, since Roblox updates may break them.

Most issues are caused by user configuration. Though it could also be Roblox itself or Bloxstrap itself. Some general troubleshooting steps:

• Uninstall Bloxstrap *without* keeping user settings
• Launch Roblox normally, check if it works fine
• Reinstall Bloxstrap and launch, check if it works fine

Ideally, whichever step things last work fine at is how you should keep things.
